(I didn't mean to reply to the previous message, ignore) Yep, all for climbing. It would however create map-making challenges for the dev team. It would be hard to create a secluded area only available at a later stage of the game/higher level. But I suppose flying mounts are causing the exact same problem and I think I'd take climbing over flying any day, for more immersive map travel and areas feeling more alive.
Even though flying mounts might make this mechanic useless, I still think the climbing system is something that should be implemented because it makes movement more natural. The characters climb steep mountains by walking and jumping is practically a glitch, which I find strange.
