These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("You", "Customer") and Beast Burst Entertainment, JSC ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") a Bulgarian joint stock company registered under 206301165 in Commercial Register, having its registered address at 38 Str. These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all purchases of physical goods available

(referred to herein as "Merchandise"). We may
vary these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion.

You can select goods from the shop and proceed to payment by clicking on the "BUY" button.
After you have finished shopping, you will be asked to log in or create a personal Account before providing additional information needed to complete your order.
By creating an account, you (a) acknowledge that (i) your order will be bound by these Terms & Conditions, (ii) you authorize us to charge you for your order and (b) represent that (i) you have legal capacity to enter into a contract with us, (ii) you provided true and accurate information during the ordering process, (especially, you will not use VPNs or other methods to manipulate your true location).
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. This confirmation acts only as a verification of order details and does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase goods. Acceptance will take place upon receipt of payment. Your order is only deemed accepted by us when we send you our purchase confirmation email.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the shop. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and etc., so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in EUR currency. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate where required.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our site may be mispriced. We will verify pricing when processing your order and before we take payment. If we have made a mistake and a product's correct price is higher than the price on the website, we may either contact you before dispatch to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.
Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies and only if you are located in the European Union or in the United Kingdom you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days, from the day on which you receives the goods purchased.

You must send off the product supplied on a tangible medium, in its original condition. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods. If the product meets our requirements, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the purchased product, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication. We will also refund the standard costs of delivery of the Beast Burst Entertainment Product to you, but not any additional delivery costs you paid above our standard delivery charges. We will carry out such refund using the same payment method as you used for your purchase unless you have agreed otherwise.
Please note that we may deduct from any reimbursement an amount equal to any diminishment in value of the items as a result of you handling them beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or functioning of the items.

Beast Burst Entertainment JSC is committed to bringing our goods to everyone in the world, so we do offer both domestic and international shipping. We deliver to most countries and are dedicated to meeting a variety of shipping needs.
We will seek to deliver the products within a reasonable time, which shall not exceed 30 days from the moment you place your order.
Normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays.
The type, quantity, and weight of your package may vary, and as such, the cost may vary. Shipping costs can also vary depending on your location.
If you decide that the item that you have purchased is in the wrong size for you or you prefer another item, please contact our customer support at [email protected]. All transport costs for return and exchange are at your expense. The goods must be returned with a return receipt, otherwise we are not responsible for lost goods.
Customers will have 14 days to return the goods once they've communicated they wish to return the product.
In cases where we have sent a different product to the one ordered by mistake, or the quality of the dispatched product is not appropriate or the product is defective, you must contact our customer support at [email protected]
Once we verified the error or defect, will fully reimburse the amount of the returned product and the shipping expenses incurred, in addition to any other expenses you have incurred to return the defective product. The reimbursement of the shipping expenses will be made after the refund of the products.
Whenever an erroneous or defective item is returned by ordinary post, Beast Burst Entertainment, JSC will refund the corresponding postage expenses provided the customer encloses a receipt of the return expenses in the parcel.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Shop. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. We shall have no further obligation or liability to you in respect of such incorrect product descriptions or prices.
Beast Burst Entertainment JSC and its affiliates will not be responsible for (1) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or (2) any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when the contract for the sale of products by us to you was formed.
The laws of some countries do not allow some or all of the limitations described above. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you and you might have additional rights.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your right to have the products sent to you within a reasonable time.
These Terms & Conditions and your use of the shop are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic Bulgaria.
We do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18 you may only use a site powered or managed by us with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

DEAR CUSTOMER, YOU SHOULD KEEP IN MIND THAT THE GAME IS CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT, AND AS SUCH, IT MAY UNDERGO CHANGES AND IMPROVEMENTS BEFORE ITS OFFICIAL RELEASE. We are committed to deliver a high-quality gaming experience, but keep in mind that there might be unforeseen adjustments along the way.
Please note that, due to the nature of the development process, we cannot be held liable for any discrepancies, errors, inconsistencies and lagging, that may arise in the gaming experience during the course of the development of the Game. Additionally, refund requests made on this grounds will be declined.

Digital services and goods – which are delivered to you via internet download only which includes any
Customer account – you will need to create a free account in order to be able to download, install and/or play the Game.
Legal terms - Includes "End User License Agreement", "Refund Policy for Digital services and goods", "Privacy Policy", "Code of Conduct", "Non-Disclosure agreement" etc.
1. By placing an order through the Beast Shop you acknowledge that only upon the successful
verification of the authenticity and sufficiency of the information you provide we will then begin
processing your order.
1.1 Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the email
address you provided.
1.2 This confirmation email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain
information about your оrder.
1.3 The price of your оrder will be quoted including any applicable taxes at the time of the
purchase.
1. If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the UK, you have a right to withdraw from certain purchases without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you, received your purchase or when you start downloading the content for the first time whichever is sooner. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must unambiguously declare your desire to withdraw from your purchase during the 14 day withdrawal period, for instance, by notifying the Company of your decision to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of such purchase. A description of the purchases that are not subject to this withdrawal right is set forth below.
2. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
3. The right of withdrawal described above is not applicable to the following types of purchases:

Notwithstanding the above mentioned text whereas your statutory right of withdrawal does not give you the opportunity to play the Game at all before the withdrawal, the Company grants you the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided that you have not played the Game for more than 2 (two) hours combined following the purchase or in case of not receiving the Digital services or goods.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REFUND IS NOT ALLOWED FOR ALL IN-GAME PURCHASES AS LONG AS YOU CLAIMED, OPENED OR OTHERWISE USED THE CONTENT. You acknowledge and consent that all in-game purchases are final and under no circumstances will such be refundable and that you forfeit any right to withdraw from the purchase unless such purchase is defective or not received.
The in-game content is considered used if the Game within the subscription have been played during the current billing cycle or if any benefits or discounts included with the subscription have been used, consumed, modified or transferred.
You will be reimbursed within 14 days using the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise;

We reserve the right to deny access to our servers, or to refuse delivery of any Digital services and goods, if we establish a fact pattern that indicates illegal use of our Beast Shop or Digital services and goods, or any payment facility, or any other action aimed at obtaining the Digital services and goods which the user is not entitled to claim.
1.1 Please note that we have the right in our absolute discretion to determine If you have violated any of the legal terms of the Company along with the European and the Bulgarian legislation. In such case we shall have the right to suspend and/or impose a permanent ban on your Customer account. You will not be eligible for any refunds for subscription time lost if your Customer account is suspended or permanently banned.
1.2 In addition you may not be eligible for refunds if the Company determines that you are abusing the refund policy.
1. The Company offers periodic (e.g. monthly, yearly) access to the Game that you pay for on a recurring basis. If a subscription has not been used during the current billing cycle, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the initial purchase or within 48 hours of any automatic renewal.
1.1 Please note that you can cancel an active subscription at any time by clicking on the "Cancel Subscription" button in your account settings. Once cancelled, your subscription will no longer automatically renew but you will retain access to the content and benefits of the subscription through the end of your current billing cycle. After the end of the current billing cycle you will have no access to the content of your past subscription unless you will renew your subscription.
1. You can receive a full refund for any bundle purchased on the Beast Shop, аs long as the combined usage time for all items in the bundle is less than two hours. If a bundle includes an in-game content or other Digital services and goods that is not refundable, the Company will inform you if the whole bundle is refundable during check-out. Contact Details.
