Player friction makes the MMO world go round. Without friction, there can be no bad. Without bad, there can be no good. Faction vs. Faction implies that the ENTIRE faction will fight the ENTIRE other faction. The point of an MMO is playing with OTHER players in a violent world, full of danger, and to be a hero for your FACTION. Those calling for "PvP Toggles" or "Level Restrictions" don't truly understand the importance of a Faction defending it's base and fellow players in a Faction based PvP game. In Original Vanilla WoW (another Faction vs. Faction game until Blizzard destroyed it) you could kill most of the other Factions NPC's, and if a low level player was getting camped...all they had to do was ask for help in chat and multiple players would come rescue them. MMO players today don't understand that player friction leads to parties, guilds, game longevity, player retention, and most importantly...lifelong friendships. Your "safe-space" doesn't belong in a PvP MMO with warring factions. Without the bad...there can be no good.
