I would like to know your opinion about world PvP and what you like and don't like about it.

I really like the world PvP, the adrenalin that kicks in when you see a group of enemy players and you have to choose to fight or run/avoid them, the possibility to invade the enemy factions castles or cities also.
BUT there must be a restriction so the max level players won't be able to gank low-level players. Maybe players from enemy factions can fight if they have max 10lvl difference everything above that is restricted.
And we must have the option to duel one other, to show off some skills if you know what I mean.
Also, it's more interactive to actually travel to the Arena and fight there and not just click on an NPC and teleport there.

Open world PvP will always be the most interesting part of an online game since it has a lot of skill and outplaying. I think a good idea will be to ask players if they wish to have their PvP turned on or off. Since some players don't want the hassle of eventually being camped or killed by an enemy faction player they should be able to choose the option to not be able to PvP in the world. I believe this feature can be pretty balanced and good for a healthy community. The people that do choose to have their PvP on should receive some kind of reward or rewards for it since they take the risk of going out into the world and being killed by other people. This feature can be turned off and on in a capital city for example.

Maybe you can go to a certain NPC or do certain actions to get off your World PvP flag, I really don't like the whole simplicity of doing everything with just a simple click.
The other thing that could be done is making a max level difference, if I'm level 20 and you are 25 we can fight, but if you are level 35 you can't fight me no matter I have world PvP enabled.

The zones could also be scallable so that high level players are scaled to a lower level if they are in a lower level zone. This will make PvP balanced and low level players will not be killed by higher level ones. The only issue with this is even though higher level players will be scaled to a lower level they will still most likely have more spells than the lower levels since their actual level is higher. That doesn't mean that the lower levels won't have a win condition, but they will just need to use the terrain and any advantage they can think of to outplay the scaled higher level.

This can vary from level restrictions (i.e. can't attack people who are more than 10 levels below you), escalating PvP zones (see Albion Online), karma system etc.
I do believe that Ashes of Creation is planning to implement a perfect open world PvP system. There will be unrestricted open world PvP which is subject to their corruption system (karma system) and this corruption is meant to hinder griefing. The great thing about their open world PvP system is that there will be many ways to engage in open world PvP without having to worry about the corruption (karma). They accomplish this through their caravans (PvP areas around a transport unit), guild wars and node wars (faction wars).
In short you can attack anyone you want, but be subject to corruption or you can participate in one of the other open world PvP options that do not incur corruption. I definitely recommend that you do a little research on their open world PvP systems.
I personally have no interest in MMORPGs that do not have open world PvP and I will not play them.
Just guarantee that high level idiots will not be able to kill low level players, that's all.If max level is 50, so 10 levels difference between players which can attack each other is toooooooo muuuuuuuch.That must be maximum 3-5 levels difference.If mob 5 levels lower that you didn't give you experience, so 5 levels lower player than you will not give you honor too.It's very simple :)

There must be restrictions on who can attack who. We are thinking of a bounty hunting system where if you attack too many lower-level players you get flagged for bounty hunting and get a reward for your head, so everyone would be able to kill you and get a reward of some sort.

I mainly play MMORPG for PVP and a big fan of open-world PVP. I am with the bounty system. I like the castle siege map of Elder Scrolls online I want a map like that most people will engage for endgame contents. Also, I want open pvp region all around the map setting PVP rewards according to level like defeating the opponent gives currency or gear in addition I also want some PVP-related quest all around the map for better rewards. My idea is to have players all around the map so we can enjoy PVP as well as enjoy the rewards. Don't worry I didn't forget the PvE player for them PVP free area with world boss, dungeon, raid, etc can be set. And MMORPG is incomplete without a duel, arena, battleground [small and big scale]. Also I want an open arena where people can watch the fight.

Open World PvP is a must for every MMORPG. Of course, there should be some restrictions in order to prevent the game being ruined by some people. It will be good if in the starting areas (lets say up to lvl 5-20, depending on max lvl in the game) there is no PvP at all. Also, there must be a restriction that higher lvl players cannot attack lower lvl players (I think 5lvl difference is OK). Of course, if lower lvl player attacks higher lvl player the second one can attack and kill him.
I also think that duels between allies should be possible for training etc.
