I suppose you are talking about the main Orc zone. Taking into account the Soil-Birthing festivities, they have to be close to the sea and mountains (maybe inactive volcano) with some open ground, but with a lot of predators and dangers.
As for architecture I like the stone + leather + bone combination for Orcs.
How to make different from "standard"?
Instead of the common huge tusks and skulls placed, Orcs can be Masters of bone carving, they can shape huge bones for their buildings, armor and weapons, there are gonna be huge creatures with huge bones over there, that can make them different.
Their buildings can look primitive at first view, but with an amazing bone carving art.
I must say, the "master bone carvers" idea is pretty cool indeed.
And yeah it's hard to change how the Orcs are shown everywhere, destruction, flora and fauna completely inexistant, etc.
Bonecrafting could be a sub-profession of the Jewelcrafting that Orcs gain bonus exp for example š¤
