I think races should have 3 to 4 racial abilities. One passive, one active, one for crafting or gathering and maybe a utility racial ability. I think passive abilities should be against one race only, as is shown in the linked post. And active racial abilities should be CC Breaks, soft CCs or hard CC but with low durability. And the Utility ability as simple as a teleport to his/her racial city.
