Will there be a good dungeon finder so when I am willing to kill a certain boss, or complete a specific quest including me going in a non-solo dungeon, just not being stuck with that specific quest hard trying to kill it?

Every dungeon/raid will have separate channel where people will be able to communicate.

Greetings,
The dungeon finding feature is a concept that I have grown to love and hate over the years. My idea of a "good" dungeon finding system is something that is convenient, but also does not hinder the community/relationship building aspect of manually looking for and forming a group. Here is a system that I think is a little different and may be able to accomplish both goals (convenience and community life). This basically is a concept of automating the LFG channel but also giving the player some social choices with recognizing players/picking players, talking/coordinating, and customizing their groups. Remember that this system has to consist of people from your server only!
1) You can queue up as the role you wish to perform and which dungeons you want to run.
2) Once you queue up, a list generates of all the players currently queued on your server (their role and desired dungeons)
3) Have a filter to be able to sort by role or dungeon
4) You will be able to whisper these people and invite them, and vice versa them to you.
*After a few months, most players will recognize other players within the lists that formulate, and thus connections/friendships are made*
MUST NOT DO
1) No automation of group formation with random players, especially random players from other servers. You only want to automate the "desire" to run a dungeon, not the party formation itself.

In addition, the gripe I have about "channels" is that you lose track of who is wanting to run what. For instance: You go to the bathroom and all the sudden you missed that message that a healer was looking for your dungeon. I think a automated list that is consistently updated of players and what they are looking for makes it easier to track. But yea stay away from the automation of group formation and cross server stuff, kills community.

Also in addition undergeared people shouldn't be able to join with you so they ruin the fun and experience of the other guys. There should be minimum gear level for every dungeon as requirement so everybody can be prepared to fight in the certain dung.

Why?A fully geared player can ruin your fun too :D Much much successful way to play great than the gear score is to understand your race and class, to understand what can do your spells, abilities, talents, perks ... and to adjust your ability's rotation to your playing style.I'm saying that as player who is playing WoW almost from the start of the game. And i have many situations like that - a trash geared player is the best DPS in 10 man heroic raid with triple better geared other players. For me the gear score is just noobmeter, nothing more :)

I fully agree that a high geared player can be a massive noob and a lower geared level that knows what he is doing can play better. But there must be some kind of gear measure. Let's say the first dungeon needs you tube level 10 and you apply for a party, but another player joins and he is also level 10 with level 4-5 gear and he got to level 10 by killing chickens (it's an example :) ), you just won't have enough power to clear the dungeon no matter that the guy knows his spells well, they won't have the firepower needed.
But yeah if your gear has, let's say, 100 score and the dungeon needs 70, you can party up with a bit lower score players.

Hmmm i agree with your example. But then the dungeon must offers higher level gear than it's requirements. Not like in many rpg games - the dungeon requires minimum level 10 gear and the boss there offers level 9 gear :D

To add to this, one of the things that killed wow (for me), was teleporting to the instances via dungeon finder.
Running from one continent to the other, pvping along the way was so nostalgic and fun. Raid groups warring with one another on the way to the raid entrance, I miss those BWL nights. I would hate to see this taken away. Kinda like flying mounts, they are fun, and let you get to places you normally couldn't, but it takes away world pvp, a major part of any mmorpg.
