I do like your ideas the VIP one especially.

I'm not sure how good is to have both systems BP and VIP, but the battle pass is something that I've seen (and paid for) in mobile games.

That's a very nicely written concept you did there. Sounds very good!

We are going to use the "Holy trinity" model, meaning Tank, DPS, and HEAL. Each class will have 3 specializations, some will be able to be all three, some will have others.

Yes exactly, at the final release we plan on having at least 3 body types for each class/gender. 

Ah yes, I see another Guild Wars 2 player :D I really enjoyed the GW2 jumping puzzles, they were super fun and gave some pretty neat rewards at the end.
