How can I acquire a Subscription?
Everyone with a Supporter or Honored license is eligible to acquire a subscription.
Simply go to the "My Account" section at https://www.beastburst.com and choose the desired subscription tier.
Are the subscriptions one-time or monthly purchases?
All subscription tiers are monthly purchases and are being renewed automatically unless you cancel them manually.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you lose access to the PTR server and all perks given by your subscription.
I have 6 months of continuous subscription, but I want to cancel it for some time.
Upon canceling your subscription, and returning back after some time, you will continue from the moment you canceled it. In other words, if you have 6 and cancel for 2 months, upon subscribing again the month counter will continue from 6 months.
Will I have all cosmetic items included in the subscription during the official test phases?
No, the subscription gives access to all cosmetic in-game items from the shop, only on the PTR server. During the official test phases (which are held on a separate server) you will have access only to the items you purchased directly from https://shop.beastburst.com/
When do I receive my additional perks?
To receive these perks, you must maintain a continuous 12-month subscription at the same tier level. Switching tiers will restart the counter according to the corresponding tier.
All perks given after 12 months of continuous subscription are to be transferred on the public test servers and later when the game is live!
How do I cancel my subscription?
Please note that you can cancel an active subscription at any time by clicking on the “Cancel” button in your account settings. Once canceled, your subscription will no longer automatically renew but you will retain access to the content and benefits of the subscription through the end of your current billing cycle.
