I can see them using an architecture mixing ancient civilisations like Summerian and Egyptian mixed with gothic architecture, the two melding together to have a city mixing Ziggurats and Gothic spires, the latter addorning the tiers of the former even perhaps. All built in a dark black stone and infernal energies surrounding the city like Minas Morghul.
