Orcs
I have nothing against orcs being strong, having a military society.
But to be honest, these orcs are already a bit saturated
So what I am going to say is just my opinion:
1-Don't make all orcs the same and generic.
- I suggest that most orcs can be strong, but
should have orcs that are weaker or less strong, but are, for example, good killers, mages, archers, etc...
2- Don't make the orcs as a totally tribal society
or Spartan society, it would be good if they were a kind of "federation of tribes".
- there would be several tribes each with a notable characteristic, something more or less like how the Greeks were in our world.
- each tribe would have its own territory and autonomy within it, but in times of war the tribes would unite.
3- The architecture or weapons of the orcs could vary due to the different tribes.
-Ships, clothing, mounts, houses. Many games in building warrior races tend to be inspired by the "vinkings", this includes architecture, weapons, clothing... but being very honest, I also think this is saturated, so I suggest not to drink too much from the "vinkings" culture when creating them, use other cultures like the "Mongγol" or the "Tartars" or the "Cossacks" and so on.
4-Weaknesses.
Their main weakness may be their arrogance and the difficulty some of them may have in understanding the weak, another weakness may be their large number, which makes it difficult to organize them centrally, which ends up creating several divisions.
5- About the tribes.
-I thought the idea of tribes is very good because it makes it easier to add new cultures to the orc race.
-The idea of several tribes organized as a federation opens up the possibility for orcs to have a more complex history and politics.
