Raidboss
This is a fallen soldier from the Valley of the Giants. This raid boss is both a damage check and a boss where teamwork is mandatory. The boss is played in normal mode with two mini adds/bosses. You have to divide the raid into 2 camps. Team 1, patrols outside the playing field and has to kill a number of Adds. These Adds drop an item from time to time in which you can stun the Adds. Stunning these Adds has the highest priority, because if they complete the cast, the whole raid wipes.
Adds/Mini Boss
The Adds stand outside the playing field and cannot be attacked. These Adds have a flame shield around them that absorbs all damage. The respective players who run around on the outside and play the Adds and perform other click interactions while the rest of the raid fights the boss are responsible for interrupting the one-shot cast of the Adds. Once Team 1 has stunned the Adds, a pirate (class) can drag the Adds onto the field and Team 2 must nuke the Adds away. This phase must be played twice and the adds must be played down at the same time. If one add dies before the other, you have about 15 seconds to defeat the other add. Otherwise the dead add will be revived and the boss will do 30% more damage. It is important that the boss does not live too long, because the Adds heal the boss continuously.
(If you don't have a pirate in your party, you can also craft an item that allows players to drag Adds onto the field.
Boss
Only the two tanks may stand in front of the boss. If other players stand in front of the boss, they will take massive damage. The boss randomly turns towards the raid and makes a cone-shaped attack that deals 25,000 damage to each player, including bleeding damage at a rate of 2,600 damage per second (lasts 15 seconds). When the boss has reached 80% HP, he raises the Banner of Infinity and 4 adds spawn: Mage, Warrior, Shaman and Healer) Only the Warrior is tanky. The shaman keeps raining lightning on the whole raid including a poisonous rain. (The whole raid is slowed down by 30%) The mage casts fireballs and lets fireballs appear on the field. When one of these explodes, the raid takes 25,000 damage each time. Destroy the fireballs as soon as they appear. The warrior charges towards the furthest player and slays him. The warrior unleashes a wild combo that lasts for 8 seconds. Pump all the healing into the player or he dies. The warrior makes this attack every 20 seconds. Healer? Kill him as quickly as possible. The boss must be moved across the playing field during this phase. No player may attack him or he will attack the entire raid. Tanks must keep switching. Phase 3, the boss lets his sword burn. If the boss rams the sword into the ground, keep moving. Flames spray out of the ground. The boss rains fire tornadoes and balls down on the entire raid. Overall, this phase is very demanding in terms of movement. Phase 4: The same game with the adds again.
Phase 5: The boss has no more adds to keep him alive, the boss escalates and falls into a rage state. The boss is no longer tankable and attacks the players at random. RUN!!!

Hello, Kashjir, thanks for your raid suggestion. I think I didn't understand why adds are respawning after being eliminated (phase 4) .

Because you can‘t kill the adds the first time they come to the plattform. First time till 50% and second time in Phase 4 they need to get blasted.

Thanks for your reply, I don't have much experience in raiding, but it seems its not a tier 1 raid, how would you place it if you would have to compare to other raids in SoH in terms of difficulty ?

It's a boss where the interaction has to be right. It would actually be a Tier 1 boss. A middle or third last boss. It will definitely be a breaker for many guilds and a perfect practice for the future raids.
Difficult to say compared to other MMO's, we don't know anything about the raids in SoH yet. I would say you will have a certain challenge in SoH, some bosses will be easier than others, but as the developers are MMO players themselves, the whole thing should be enjoyed with caution. I think if you increase the difficulty level you will have a hard time with some bosses.
Compared to other MMO's it's just a solid movement boss where you have to keep an overview. A lot happens in a relatively short time. You have to get used to it and then it works. It's not a difficult boss, but if you increase the level it will be hell on earth. I would set the boss in the endgame to an A-S tier at the highest level
