Hey everyone,
just want to give my opinion and feedback to the actual Pre Alpha Test 0.03.076. First of all, i loved the test and the game. The music is stunning and the art style gives me chills. I played the Domination Questlines till the end. I dont want to be offensive against the publisher or any one else. Everything i suggest or note in here is my personal opinion.
Bugs/Issues:
- clicking on targets will force the cursor jump in a random place away
- jumping from diagonale surfaces/terrains forces you in a horizontal direction away
- targeting other players shows them as lvl 60
- moonstone item is named bloodstone
- walking sounds of the character and mount for each surface missing
- targeting a player and doing an emote isnt targeted to the player ("waves to everyone" instead of waves to "playername")
- stucking and clipping is often possible
- fall damage missing
- the white arrow on the minimap is iretating (sometimes it points to a complete wrong direction)
- launcher issues with login or starting the game
- after starting diving its not possible to get out of the water (only when running up terrain out of the water)
- walking upstairs results in stucking the last stair (need to jump up)
- swimming with mounts possible (its just hovering in water)
Suggestions/Opinions:
- walking animations could be more fluent and special for each race
- world map needs to be more detailed
- render distance need to be more far
- ultrawide support needed
- animations for interaction with quest objects needed
- toggle camera option to be always behind the character while moving
- when calling the mount -> mount on automaticly after it arrives
- the grey shady box around the Character Name is annoying and the Textstyle could be more elegant (toggle option for showing it or not)
- questmarker for accepted quests could show an area where the questobjects can be (hold mouse over to get more info)
- different chat options ("say" (for nearby player around you), "world", "party", "whisper" and "shout" (for player in your area)
-interact with questobjects or other things should change the cursor to another symbol to make the interaction more clear (typespecific - mount (saddle icon), grab
something (hand icon) etc.
- when quest items are collected in a certain area, they should stop shining like active needed ones
- bear mount looks to brave and cute
- diving needs a breath bar (racial differences how long possible)
- standing in lava should damage you
- world map should be fullscreen (optional)
- there should be animals around the green areas (npc like) and bats for example at the rotten areas
- fishes/turtles etc underwater for more immersive experience
- spoken text lines from npcs when talking to them
- showing rewards in the chatbox after completing a quest
- Equip shouldnt have a quantity on the icon in inventory
