Guilds can welcome a lot of people, the guild members can pay donations daily to the guild, these donations will be stored as guild fund or capital. (in special guild currency).
Have special channels for guild major activites: (maintaining territory, guild war events, defending/atacking/selling/working/deposit in vault/bank....)
The guild can buy its proper territory(wich will be in guild channels) , the guild will have to gather all the materials needed to customize its territory(introducing sandbox mecanics).

We can add a sandbox side to the game, by letting the guild gather materials or buy it then use it to build walls,guild vault, fourniture, stands, banners,Rams, catapults, vehicules......(all these will be for guild content, usable for Guildwar {explained later} and guild internal activitys{ guild internal market, guild internal jobs, etc...]

Players vs guild: The guild will have the option to either make it public to all people, this will include people comming to the guilds place freely, or private, wich only members can enter freely and non members will get killed if they do, either by guild members or by the guilds deffense system . non members can either be some spyes from other guilds, or some troll dudes who love random atacking like me XD

Guild Vs guild :
will be a limited event once/twice a month, will have a special event window for it so people can register, see the time limit, and to start either:
1-war declaration :Guilds can declare war guilds to claim there vaults, wich will be defended by guild member and the guild defense system built by the guild members, in the war declaration, the guilds cannot be atacked from third parties.
-declaring war : the guild who wans to atack declares war by sending a message with the time scedueled for the atack,if agrred there will be an atackant and a deffandant.
This is a high reward (preparing strategicly your atack + not having to worry about third parties atacks) but also high risk (the enemies will get prepared for it so you loose the advantage of surprise). i understand that Decalring war may cause the guild to empty the vaults and all valuables but we can do a specific mecanic to prevent that: by making a minimum requierments of loot/gold in the vault, if the minimum is exceeded, the guild will have bonus Xp and special loot when successfully deffending/wining (the bonus will ahve a maximum so to not make it OP) .
2- direct atack: the guild can atack directly another guild ( that is not alreaddy under atack)
This gives the big advantage of surprise on the enemy, but still gets you in danger because you are atacking and not under atack wich can let any other guild atack you while you are busy, even when you get your self prepared for an ambush while you are atacking, your effectif of player will have to be strategic or you might just have an unsuccesful atack and your guild getting robbed.
Guilds Fusion, 2 guild can agree on a fusion:
-The guild terriotry doesnt fuse or add up,
-The 2 guilds have free access to each others vault, internal market, internal services/work .
-in GVG the 2 guilds become one , there ressources add up, they can either atack/deffend a guild or a fusioned one.
-The 2 guilds, stats and buffs are added up or merged. (one guild has defense buff for its memebers, the other has crit buff --> the 2 of them get both buffs)
- the Fusion can be reseted/renewed after each Guild war event.

In general pvp tends to get boring by time, when the player finds his optimal sets/rotaions, the mecanic combat just repeats it self with rare casualities.
Adding mecanics to guild pvp makes him adapt each and every time for strategic combat, wich affects mecanical combat, as the player doenst fight for his HP but for his loot, comrades and guild prosperity.
The ideas sound very well, we will feature guild Strongholds which will be conquerable by other guilds.
I like the donation system of funds, because I have been in many guilds, in many games, and there is always the problem with not having guild funds or mats. Not sure if daily is the best approach, maybe weekly or monthly, you have to pay a fee in order to remain in the guild , and because some people tend to enter and leave guilds frequently, there can be set a penalty if you leave the guild during the first week/month.
The other stuff is fine, it'll be nice for people to be able to enter the Guild Strongholds and visit/spy on other guilds.
