When we think about the land of the Orcs, usually we imagine a desert-like valley, surrounded by jagged mountains.
Should they start right in the front line of a massive battle? Maybe a cave where they train to go and conquer land when they finish the training?
How do you imagine the perfect starting zone for the Orcs?

I would like to see the ORCS in a starting zone with some quests showing how HARD is living in their lands and how they are SURVIVING, how they get food, how they FIGHT FOOD 😂, how they prepare, etc.
Those lands are DANGEROUS so EVERYONE has to play its part if they don't want to die from hunger or eaten by another thing, I would like you to show us that Orcs aren't just evil, muscled and mindless creatures, they need to be ORGANIZED to survive those lands.
In fact I would like you to break that stuff of Domination races are the "EVIL ONES" and all of them just want to destroy Humans, that just feels like Humans are the Heroes and Protagonists, what sincerely I don't like.
I would like to see races with another goal than just simply killing Humans. There are a lot of other reasons for war SURVIVING, HONOR, REDEMPTION, TERRITORY, SECURITY, POWER, GREED, RELIGION, GLORY, JUSTICE, VENGEANCE, etc.
I would like to see the Orcs living in a dangerous zone, a zone where life is difficult and only the strongest can survive, not only a "Dead zone" where everything is just dead, a zone where NATURAL SELECTION is very hard and cruel, a volcanic jungle or volcanic mountain.
They reproduce rapidly and in large numbers, which means that NATURAL SELECTION works very well on them. Those that CAN'T SURVIVE the hard conditions die young and don't pass on their GENES.

I agree with the ideas in this post, the orcs are always as portrayed in desert areas and can really be in any other area, obviously not going to be quiet areas like those of the elves, because it is not their nature.
The fact that in the end a war zone, a desert zone or even a jungle/jungle is put in place, I think that would be good.

I like the idea, but instead of TESO-style volcanic geography, a prairie/savannah with one or two volcanoes close by would be better.
Maybe something like: The orcs are a very numerous people because where they live the mortality is very high because of the predators in the region.
I imagine a more deserted habtar, with little sign of life
Orcs as survivers of a harsh land it what suits them more for me , they are primal and dont apeal that much to full on warfare . They are good at fighting bacause its key to survive . They would kill humans bacause they know that for ones sorvive means others must die those are the rules of nature. Feel free to disagre.
