I will be using this topic as a placeholder for future suggestions I have instead of opening new threads and flooding the forums.
So far this is what I got and thanks for reading my wall of text whoever did.

1. Extensive "Create New Topic" / "Reply" function - so far we are able to create new topic or reply to one in a small window that has formatting enabled but not apparent. For example if you press Enter you make a paragraph but if you hold Shift+Enter you jump on the next row. Some of these things are unknown to people who haven't touched HTML or any other scripting language. For this reason many forum subsystems or CMSs have an extensive subpage if you want to "expand" your reply with a formatting you can easily distinguish like bold, italics, underline, colors etc.
2. Search function - I was looking to add a suggestion in the forums when I realized I need to check if it has been suggested already in the forums. So far I haven't found an available search function or it is hidden in a way I can't access. It will be easier for everyone if you make a search function so we can avoid spam in the future.
3. More account customizations - I believe the forums need more account customizations. Like our own signatures for example. Links, interests, hobbies. Although utterly useless some people like that and if you cater to the audience they will only appreciate it.

1. No full loot! - Please, oh please, never make a full loot system in SoH. If another player is able to kill another player and take all his stuff that he grinded so long to achieve, for me that's just a very tight niche of a game that few people will enjoy. I realize that at the moment Albion Online may be the hot deal but I am quite certain that once players get into a fight with an equipment they worked so hard on and lose that said equipment they will ditch the game. Only the hardcore of players will remain.
2. No animation cancelling - You all know ESO and if you have been following it extensively you will also know that the majority of the playerbase is divided between animation cancelling and no animation cancelling. For me that is something that is hindering the game extensively. This is no For Honor, nor a MOBA type of game where you can faint your attack or cancel an auto. I want to see my skills, I want to see them do their damage after their full animation.
3. No abilities tied to weapons - Don't get me wrong I love GW2 but believe me when I tell you that I prefer the combat system of GW1. It was astonishingly made that you can acquire skills from questing and you had to choose your loadout carefully deciding how you want to build your character. Because in GW2 every warrior has the same skills as all the rest of the warriors that are carrying the same weapon. And I realize that it was made for the casual audience and I respect that as a casual gamer so you can come back quickly. And let me tell you - I don't like the tens of thousands skills WoW has and at the same time I don't want 5 abilities that I will be using from 0-80. If you manage to think of a combat system that is diverse and somewhere in the middle you will pop off I am sure of it.
4. Group content to be optional - Older MMOs had the group content absolutely mandatory but nowadays people don't tend to play together as much. It is because of this that WoW succeeds for so long - group content is optional. Everyone can do their achievements at their own pace and tackle group content only if they like.
5. Microtransactions - Everyone has to make money.. that's business and we all realize that. The only thing I have here and that's not a suggestion but a remark is for you NOT to make your microtransactions as the Battlefront fiasco. Microtransactions are cool but only if they don't hinder your progress in the game.
6. No SotA model - If anyone has ever played Shroud of the Avatar, please never make their mistake... that model is horrid and that's why the game is dead.
7. No P2W - Archeage, Bless, RoI, RoM, Skyforge ... need I go on?
8. Persistent universe, no session based - Persistent universe is always the correct choice. At least from my point of view. I mean I want to play SoT but I can't because of the limited time I have and this session based thing is killing all my progression every time.
9. Achievements/Titles/Unlockables - LOTS OF THEM and if achievements are tied to titles that would be even better. Recently I returned to playing LOTRO and the achievements system there is very very well made.
10. Sensible crafting - to the point of not being just for the sake of it but rather deep crafting that will really be useful and could possibly dictate the economy of the game.
11. Stylized? - The style of the artwork reminds me a lot of Allods Online. If you guys are aiming for a similar style that would look nice.
12. Dailies tied to a massive war/faction/garrison system - Dailies are probably the bane of MMORPGs but if you can think of a way to make them interesting and tied to a battleground system that can turn the tied to a specific faction that would be great. Think of Helldivers. It is not an MMORPG but whenever you clear a system there is a timer or showing you how that affects the world/systems around the galaxy that the rest of the players are interacting with. If you can adapt that in a MMORPG environment that would be awesome and dailies is a nice way to do that because it will be easy to balance so it doesn't go overboard. Ofcourse that would still be tied to the population of the servers and the amount of players on each faction but nevertheless it sounds like an idea.
13. ONE character/NO reason for alts - So recently MMORPG.com has written an article about FFXIV and their "alts are obsolete" method of gameplay. Everything in the game can be achieved on 1 character! This sounds SO amazing and SO much better than GW2, SWTOR, LOTRO, WOW, ESO and any other title you think of just because you have to juggle between your different alts and waste precious time. If you can make SOH to be 1 character needed only to complete everything that would be absolutely AMAZING and thanks if you are going in that direction!

as you might noticed our forum is custom solution built from scratch. We are looking forward to improve it. We have planned a search function and soon it will be released.

I really like every idea you wrote! If I can just add something to the micro transactions suggestion. Make it possible to buy items for other players for in-game currency. Like you love some toy/pet/mount or whatever on the online market but let's say you are a 14year old boy. Stealing your parents debit card is never a good option. But grinding some ingame gold or items and trading them for some real money item seems like a good option.

Shock! :)
