First of all, I want to say my first MMORPG was World of Warcraft and I really enjoy the Vanilla version of it.
Second of all, I have no issue with how much Scars of Honor appears to have borrowed from WoW.
The thing that bugs me the most is the world map. In WoW there are Kalimdor for the more beast/evil looking faction - the Horde and the Eastern Kingdoms for the more normal/good looking faction - the Alliance.
The map in SoH seems to be an almost exact replica of that - Horde (or whatever the SoH equivalent is) on the left continent and Alliance (or whatever the SoH equivalent is) on the right. I think this design is very, VERY lazy, unimaginative and unoriginal. What would have been a better and more interesting design was to have an original type of landmass, be it a massive archipelago composed of small islands, one supercontinent with smaller ones around it or something entirely different.
Here is an example:
A website called "Azgaar", link to the website: https://azgaar.github.io/Fantasy-Map-Generator/
A map I randomly generated on said website by setting up my own parameters:

It's really that simple to generate a map with a random seed that is not a carbon copy of Warcraft's Azeroth. Come on, put in some creativity into this.
I'm not saying you have to use one of those websites to generate a map for your game, but at least you can use it as an inspiration or an idea, if you will to come up with something more original.
I wish your game is a successful one and it makes you and your players happy, but being a blatant WoW clone no matter how one looks at it, just won't work for it benefit, ever. People will see it looks like a WoW clone, how the races are clones of WoW races, how the map is a clone of Azeroth and they will just disregard it as a "Just Another WoW Clone™".
You can disregard my feedback and move in the direction you have envisioned, or you can consider it and assimilate it before it's too late and you have developed too much of the world map.

Compared to your pointless and useless comment, I spent a good 10 minutes writing it up and providing examples of a solution.
If the developers don't pay attention to their forum or engage with people, this only further diminishes my confidence in this project being remotely successful. And if fanboys and white knights have to come over and zealously object everything that doesn't sit well with them, which results in scaring away anyone interested in this game that has more than two remotely functioning brain cells, then this is just hopeless.
All I have to say is commend you for the good job of representing the community as stuck up bigots who refuse to pull out their heads out of their butts. This game will be a "massive" success living under the shadow of WoW as a WoW Clone and you keep patting yourself and your demigod developers on the back.
Adiós para siempre, coño.
