The people like farm, can make their shop and put their prices ^_^ and the economic system is moved from players. Like and SaO system i think is a good idea for the players dont like fight, and only like make a trade with others people.
Own auctions ... hm. Sounds fine... but I think it's more tedious than looking for a one-size-fits-all auction. A thing that i would like is, for example, movable blacksmithing. Ppl who have took that skill can repair the armor and weapons of other players, and his house is the blacksmith itself.
Something i've believed to hear it's the houses will have an address, so they will always be in the same place and you can go there or send something at that address. I think it's not going to be phased, so i really like it. Each player could create the "route" of professions and compete with other farmers. That economy system which will be variable and decided by players is able to be very very immersive and fine. What do you think?

Yes you will be able to practice your profession at your house, and people will be able to come and give you tasks of what thegly need made.
For every house an auction house, I don't think that would be good for the economy, I'll have to search the whole land to find the best offer.
