The question for today is Strengths & Weaknesses of the Humans
Should they be strong in a profession? Maybe physically with a specific weapon? Are the Infernal Demons their biggest weakness? Or the fact that they are mortal?
Which, in your opinion, should be the biggest Strengths & Weaknesses of the Human Race?
===Español===
===English===
I think that in this case, the greatest strength of humans should be their willpower and their spirit, you know, the determination that pushes you to keep going even when there seems to be no hope and well, of course, swords and spears they hit humans very hard as well as being strong with the magic of the Holy Light of life, even hammers. Regarding their weakness, I would prefer that they were not the infernal demons, I prefer to see them as ancient enemies, as equals, not as the type of monster that you see and run away when you are human; also that it would be extremely unfair in the gamplay. The only weakness I can think of for the first children of the gods is chaos magic.

ENGLISH VERSION:
This is quite an interesting topic, humans have commonly been weak and weak compared to animals or other races if we see it from a fantasy perspective. However, humans stand out in several things and they are the following:
STRENGTHS:
-High Fertility: They reproduce quite fast, so perhaps they recovered quickly after losing to demons and then to Undead.
-Good Dialogues: They managed to unite several races to them, such as the Bearan (people without dialect and barbarians until recently), Elves who were previously demons and convinced them to change sides, or the Dwarves who, together with the help of the elves, they took from the mountains and taught them the light or salvation (:P).
-Facilities to Develop: They may have established a good trade network unifying the different races allowing the rapid recovery of their race after the war or using the best of each race to empower themselves because they are weak.
-Great Faith: Since they are the first children of the god of light, they may be good at healing or enchanting. Perhaps they are blessed by the gods in the same way that the dwarves were blessed when they were Dwergars.
WEAKNESSES:
-Weak by Birth: Without discussion, humans are the weakest race compared to the others. Without the help of other races and their specialties, such as the smithing of the dwarves, the blessings of the elves, or the strength of the Bearen, they might not have come this far in such a short time.
-Easy to manipulate: You can see it in your own classes and in your history. There are human necromancers and pirates, perhaps the product of having believed or joined the queen Nepherimas. Or how they became Undead and joined Nepherimas against the human race and against the gods of light.
In conclusion, I think that humans are a weak race on their own, but they took advantage of all the opportunities that were presented to them, joining other races and improving themselves with numerous equipment and blessings from them. This made them become a strong "race", making them more powerful than before.

I already wrote it in other posts, I hope proficiency with weapons only affects the lore and not the gameplay or you don't use it as racial passives like; "Humans 5% more damage with swords". That kind of passives create a stigma of just playing in 1 way and complicate balance between races.
What I can understand if the game is going to be designed around customizing already defined "Champions/Characters" like BDO, instead of letting us create a character from zero. But I think that isn't the case.
Would be better if anyone can level up their proficiency and stats, with any weapon, just by using that weapon, no mattering the race.
I think no playable race should be the weakness of any other playable race. That would be unfair.
While I would like to see a rivalry with Undead
So...
HUMANS WEAKNESSES
Physically weak
Unmeasured ambition
Extremists religious and non-religious behaviours
HUMANS STRENGHTS
Quick natality
Strong will for life
High population
Adaptation, quick learners
Jack of all trades
For sure they can prefer swords to fight if it's going to affect only lore.
PROFESSIONS AFFINITY
Tailoring: Did you know, we are the only species on earth that does not have enough natural protection on our bodies, to shelter us from the elements. All other animals (races) have hair, foot pads, claws, beaks … to name a few. Us poor, delicate humans have naked skin, yes of course with a touch of hair, but our need to wear clothes to protect us from the cold, the sun and the wind makes us innately human.
Something I'll like to see it's the fact that the humanity isn't to be the full "holy" race. Humanity its dual, doing the most virtuous actions and the most bad things.
Absolutely amazing ideas guys, these discussions are pure gold.
Extremist religiousness, manipulation as weaknesses sound awesome.
High fertility, strength in numbers, being convincing as strengths are absolutely what the Humans should be.
Thank you for these great ideas, keep up the good work 😊
About religion I like the ideas of the RPG
where you have several religions to choose from.
This really impacts the paladin because the paladin has the option to choose one god from several, which can change his conduct depending on the god he serves.
