    Marvelous community,
Let's get those precious minds to work and shape the best possible concepts for the classes.
So how will this work? We will ask you 5 questions (a question every day) about the class of the week. All your answers will be gathered and then evolved if needed, to create the best, and most fun to play class.

This week we will be discussing the "Assassin" class!

Let's start with an easy question:
    What is the perfect
    armor for the Assassin?

Don't limit yourself, tell us what you think would be the perfect armor for this class! Should it be light? Stealthy? Should it have special functions?
Everything you can think of around the armor.

PS: You will see all new custom class icons during the class discussions :)

As for me, the ideal armor for an assassin is an armor in which he is not just not visible and not heard, but also an armor in which it is very easy to move. She should not have protection because the assassin's job is that he kills the target unnoticeably and she simply will not be able to attack in response. Possible functions of such armor. Simple options. dash (teleport) or stealth. The options are more complicated. Moving into the shadow of a character (roughly speaking, linking one person to another with the disappearance or serious reduction of the hitbox) or, for example, for a particularly cruel killer, absorbing the souls of killed mobs to activate invisibility, dash (teleport) (this is just a variant of complicating simple mechanics). it is possible to increase the height of the jump or a hook for clinging to the elements of the landscape.

Summing up, this is a light, comfortable and secretive armor, possibly with the above listed functions, which has very little protection.

(I'm sorry if the translator translated badly)

    Addition 1

Well, after reading the comments of other people, I would like to supplement my words. In addition to the assassin to which we are all accustomed, there are other options for combat. An assassin is a rudely burning person whose main occupation will be killings. Therefore, the assassin can choose different paths to achieve his goal. Perhaps he will poison his target with poison, or (which applies to armor) install a combustible gas sprayer on his suit and then set it on fire. And boom, nobody's alive. But in this case, the assassin must also be able to defend himself from himself. That is, the assassin's armor depends solely on how this assassin is played. BUT each armor should have both its advantages and disadvantages. (maybe it sounded corny, but I often met cases and I myself was like that, people wanted to create perfect armor without minuses, but this does not happen :(          )

Well this is a more difficult question than we might think, an assassin in popular terms is usually someone agile and subtle, someone who must be more flexible than fast.
Leather would be the most obvious choice but in terms of its use it is not really the most adaptable material to the situation, it protects even more than fabric but at the same time it becomes hard over time.
Just think about it, you are an assassin who spends days outside a city waiting for your target to move or position himself in the perfect place to finish him off. In that time the leather can get hard, limiting the wearer's flexibility and in turn worsening the effectiveness of their missions.
Now if we go for example to the cloth, the cloth is an element which is essentially silent and essentially versatile, but for a murderer who can be surrounded and has no form of defense, it leaves him more vulnerable, but compensating much more for its flexibility and speed.

The point here is that depending on the situation, leather is much better, because although the same armor can harden over time, it can always be soaked in hot water and restore its elasticity.

Of course this in the case of being a colloquial murderer which we are used to.

Then there's the other class of serial killers, who don't care about their armor or gear and are going straight to kill you with an axe, so those could just as easily go naked with a spear and stab you in the eye.

If this were D&D it would be a Mix between Barbarian and Rouge , a character who will kill directly without being subtle because he likes to kill .

    Hi team!

Should be something very lightweight, they have to move very quick.  Should be something between cloth and leather. Maybe you can choose one of them and got bonus, such as:

    - 3 cloth armor weared gains 5% hasta but receive 10% more of physical damage.

    - 3 leather armor weared gains 5% damage reduction of all sources and the duration of debuffs are decreased by 10%.

Another weird idea is that you can use inks in your set in order to camouflage with the environment. For example, the area is mainly forest or greenfields, so,  you use a "forest" ink to generate less agro or to obtain an improvement in your stealth or in the attacks done from stealth.

Another mechanism could be that u can have one class special item, for example, if you are a assassin you can get the camouflage cloak, or the speedy boots to move more quick, the pickpocketing gloves to get more drop /  materials / moneys or something like that.

    Thats my first ideas.

You can have a spell to cast in the npcs to get a similar appareance of them, and even talk with him to get information, move them from their location to another, gain some lore information about the zone, Command them to attack an another player in wpvp.

assassins? one of my favorite classes

I usually use this class for pve and pvp in the "hit and run" style for short duration battles and high damage.

    ARMOR

as for armor i would choose something with low defense but medium high buff and solo pvp skills (in Albion and other games i used the assassin class for 1v1 with stun, speed and invisibility skills to speed up battles and defeat opponents quickly)

what if I'm at a disadvantage? use skills like speed or invisibility to run away from the fight at high speed

    DO NOT ADD

something i would NOT add in armors is any ability to HEAL inside the armor (an example would be: SKILL 3: WHEN RUNNING THE CHARACTER WILL RECOVER 25% OF HIS HEALTH FOR 5 SECONDS) as it would break the class too much and would be too OP (to receive healing from other players or from somewhere else like food, potions, etc.)

    NO AÑADIR

I believe assassin use to be a stealth and high mobility class with low survivability and health, but with a lot of control resources. So, in terms of armor I believe it always has to be something with low defense, and in terms of stats it has to be full dps or/and a little bit of sustain, and could also add some movement speed.

Hello everyone, in my opinion and point of view, the perfect armor for an assassin would be light armor, where he can move quickly to the *target* and stealthily.

The armor could also give speed buffs to the character, making him a fast killer and with a lot of damage, (in Albion for example you can have stealth and damage with a single skill)

This is my POV, I hope this help. ⚔

    Hi team!

In my opinion i believe that the Assassin class should be light armored with movement speed bonus, and maybe some invisibility so the Assassin can come closer to its target or use it to run away. Also he should be very squishy (low damage reduction) but have a smaller hitbox perhaps. I also believe that the class should do high burst damage and get away. :D

My favorite assassin or stealth game was Assassins creed and Prince of persia, they have leather vests (not armor I would say...) but also cloths, so the thing char can be strong with some sustain non related to armor, seems that armor is much more aesthetic (disguise and stealth) than for protection (except for small bruises and scratches). I think the status that must be valid from armor should be increase haste and movement speed.
