I have a somewhat crazy idea but.
What if we get the people involved for real with their guild?
What I mean is, how about we make the guilds more familiar or interans ? .
like a minigame where players have, for example, a group go hunting, another group has to cultivate or cut trees to improve the guild and others have to calculate the income.
To make guild players active, you can set certain deadlines that make them have to pay a certain amount of their income to pay for their guild.
This is going to make people when they enter a guild really have to strive to improve it, for the players to do their part.
And you also have to reward the players for their effort, the more materials the guild has, it will improve and that improvement will give more space and improvements, such as special guild armor (apart from tabards), mounts and unique objects (cosmetic capes , I don't get in ther) for being the biggest guild on the server.
Obviously it is not the idea , make there are 100 people in a guild and it is mandatory that those 100 people have to be active.
That is why I propose that the guilds be rather small between 30 to 40 people as such, that it be more like a family and that it is not so easy to invite a player just like that, if you are going to enter a guild you will have to work and farm for that guild at the same time that you will be able to play (obviously it does not have to be everything a player does, it is not the idea that a guild obstructs the gameplay of a player)
