Will there be side quests which will include good rewards? Not just some more gold( or whatever currency the game will use ) or some useless gear which will be sold at the first merchant we find. 

A bit of suggestion here is to make interesting side quests which can give us different cosmetic rewards, mounts, pets/companions, non game changing potions etc.
