After reviewing the racial abilities for the races you currently have listed, I would ask that revisit the strength of these racial abilities and how they will impact game play and class/race combo selection. (WoW struggled with this through the years).
1) Human stun break is huge, any pvper playing Sacred Order fraction will lean towards human race from your current selection. This kills diversity of races on SO.
2) Weapon crit percent racials based on weapon type. This influences weapon choices substantially. Again, any dedicated PvE or PvPer will be forced to use certain weapon types for advantages and/or min maxing purposes. This will leave a lot of weapon types unused or undesired.
3) Orc 3 second stun with the Undead 6 second fear is a overpowered combo at first glance. I do not know how you guys will work the crowd control abilities and diminishing returns, but this right off the bat screams 9 second cc chain on a enemy healer just from racials
I am a big fan of adding some flavor to each race as long as its a quality of life or minor buff addition. As it stands right now, these are some very strong abilities listed.
I think they will adjust and balance the racial skills when development comes to that stage. Now it is pre-alpha and they need to establish the core systems of the game. Like casting, moving etc. And we are going to help them do that :)
